How I Keep in Touch With My Favorite Programming Communities
Even though I have been dabbling in entrepreneurship for the past year or so, I am a software developer to the bottom of my heart. My day-to-day job involves writing a lot of Go code, but I enjoy reading the news about other programming communities. I believe that as software developers, we should be aware of what other communities are working on and learn as much as we can from them.
It was only natural that I started using our service Murmel to my advantage.
As we announced a few months ago, Murmel allows its customers to subscribe to private and public Twitter lists and aggregate the best results shared in them. I created a few lists featuring people from different software development communities and fed them into Murmel. I also made a few of those public, and I want to share the best ones with you:
Go (Golang) Devlopers
Elixir Developers
Python Developers
Java / Scala / Kotlin / Clojure Developers
Ruby / Rails Developers
What other developer communities should I follow? Let me know in the replies below. Also, don’t forget to give Murmel a try.
